Each year some members may be selected to complete one or two surveys on the care and services they received from their doctor and CommunityCare.
Notifications are sent by CommunityCare or Press Ganey (a survey vendor CommunityCare works with). You may receive the surveys by mail, email or phone. They do not take long to complete, and your answers are confidential.
