At CommunityCare, the member experience is important to us. We are excited to announce a new feature available in our mobile app – Digital ID!

With Digital ID, you have a new way to access and securely share your benefit information:

• Convenience – Easily share your benefit information with your provider at check-in by navigating to “My ID Card” on your CommunityCare mobile app.
• Quick & Secure Access – Your Digital ID is valid for 5 minutes via QR code or access code.
• Enhanced Benefit Details – Your provider can view frequently used copays, deductibles and out-of-pocket information.

Note: Your ID card is still available in the mobile app and may be downloaded if needed.

Not a CommunityCare mobile app user yet? We encourage you to download our app to your mobile device – it is available in the Apple Store and Google Play. You will be able to easily view your member ID card, benefits, deductible information, medical visits, claims and more!
