Senior Health Plan has four Medicare Advantage Plans to fit the varying needs of Medicare beneficiaries including one Medical Only plan with no monthly premium and three Medical & Part D prescription drug coverage plans with low monthly premiums.

The CommunityCare Formulary serves as the basis for your prescription drug benefit. The online formulary provides information on generic drug alternatives, dosage, drug classification, drug tier and more.
CommunityCare65 Supplements were designed to pick up where your current Medicare coverage leaves off. CommunityCare is pleased to offer Oklahomans three affordable Medicare Supplements that will assist with the expenses Medicare doesn't cover.
