Individual Marketplace Exchange

Open enrollment is coming soon!

Open enrollment will begin November 15th and continue through February 15, 2015. Be sure to visit this site or call us on November 15th to review all of our new products and premiums.

Even though Open Enrollment for 2014 has ended, you may still be able to enroll in a federally qualified health plan with CommunityCare for you and your family if you are eligible for a Special Election Period. In many cases, you have up to 60 days to enroll in a plan after your qualifying life event.

The following are examples of the qualifying events that may allow you to enroll outside of the Open Enrollment Period. Please contact us if you feel you may be able to enroll at this time. Or visit for a complete list of qualifying life events that may effect you.

  • You move to a new area that offers you different plans, or isn't covered by your HMO network.
  • You get married.
  • You have or adopt a child.
  • You lose other health coverage due to job loss, a decrease in work hours, end of COBRA coverage.
  • You are a member of an American Indian tribe (American Indians can enroll in a plan or change plans one time each month).
  • You are no longer covered on a family member's policy because you turned 26, you have legally separated from or divorced your spouse, or the policy holder has passed away.
  • You experience an error or other complication when trying to enroll
* Please note that the following are not considered loss of coverage: voluntarily canceling your health insurance plan, having your plan canceled because you did not pay your premiums or because your plan did not meet the requirements set by the Affordable Care Act.

Not sure if you can enroll at this time? We're here to help – call 1-877-321-0022 and speak to one of our licensed staff.

Numerous plans with attractive copayments, deductibles and a broad range of preventive care services are available. You can apply directly though CommunityCare (off-exchange) or you can apply through the Federal Marketplace Exchange.

Welcome to CommunityCare's Individual Marketplace Exchange Site

CommunityCare is pleased to provide health insurance coverage options on the Marketplace Exchange. As Oklahoma’s largest locally owned and governed health insurance carrier, CommunityCare and its owner health systems, Saint Francis and St. John, are committed to helping you understand your health care choices.

All of our plans will protect you against losses by limiting the out-of-pocket maximum amount you must pay each year for deductibles, copayments and coinsurance for your health care and prescription drugs. All of the plans cover a wide range of essential health benefits, as well as covering a wide range of preventive health care services.

All of these plans are available for direct purchase from CommunityCare if you do not want to enroll through the Federal Marketplace Exchange. Premium and/or benefit subsidies that may be available to you are, however, not available unless you enroll through the Federal Marketplace Exchange.

Consumers may refer to the Federally-facilitated Marketplace website to view additional QHP information and choices.
