Mental health and chemical dependency services (outpatient and crisis intervention) are available through self-referral by calling 594-5262 in Tulsa or 1-800-774-2677 outside the Tulsa area for authorization. PCPs may also refer CommunityCare HMO members by calling CommunityCare Behavioral Health Services at the above numbers. Behavioral Health Services require precertification.
