What is CommunityCare Select?
CommunityCare Select is an Oklahoma-owned and operated Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
created by some of Oklahoma's premier hospitals. We provide a cost-effective, community-based product.
CommunityCare offers comprehensive medical services through its own established network of local hospitals,
doctors and other healthcare providers.
What Does CommunityCare Select Mean for You?
- We are owned and operated by two premier hospitals in Oklahoma -- Saint Francis Hospital and St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.
- You can establish a relationship with just one doctor. This physician will coordinate all of your medical care.
- The HMO plan includes physician office visits with little to no copayments. There is no paperwork to file. All routine preventive care is covered, even benefits for hearing and vision screening.
- Comprehensive benefits include the 24-Hour Nurseline, a Health Information Service, Well Woman self referral and Vision Screening self referral. The 24-hour Nurseline
allows you to speak directly with a registered nurse
about your health concerns, or you may choose to hear
recorded information about health topics of your choice.
