Getting started with CommunityCare CareWeb Connections
Members

Simply visit the Member Connection section of the CommunityCare website and enter your group number into the Benefits At-A-Glance field. After you submit your valid group number you will be presented with your specific benefit information and links to related online tools and resources.

Member Connection
Employers

If you are not already a registered user, please complete the Employer Connection Security Request Form and submit it to your CommunityCare Marketing Representative. If you need assistance with completing the security request form or have questions please contact your Marketing Representative.

Providers

If you are not already a registered user, please complete the CareWeb Provider Login Security Request Form and fax it to (918) 878-5999. Each authorized user requires an individual security form. If you need assistance with completing the security request form or have questions please contact your CommunityCare Provider Service Representative.

Brokers

Simply visit the Broker Connection section of the CommunityCare website to access Broker related tools and resources.
